BAP-WB aims to develop fresh graduates to be experts and leaders in middle market & corporate banking by equipping you with essential credit knowledge and skills. You will graduate as Manager Credit & Marketing which handle accounts to be maintained & create new account proposal.

Persyaratan
Administrative requirements:

1. Fresh graduate with no working experience or less than 2 years experience with max age 27 years old
2. Bachelor and Master degree are welcomed.
3. Open for all educational background

Competencies requirements:

1. Strong passions to learn, grow, and make a difference!
2. Minimum English proficiency: intermediate both for written & oral
3. Comfortable to meet new people and enjoy working on tasks requiring analysis

The Program will take 1 year with 3 phases of study : 3 months classroom, 3 months on the job training and 6 months for assignment in business unit.
